We offer refunds for orders up until the day they ship. If you need to cancel your order please let us know within this time frame. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process through bank accounts.
Please read product descriptions, and consult the size chart for the items you are buying carefully before purchasing. If you are unsatisfied with the fit of an item we are happy to exchange it for another size, although we do not cover the cost of return postage.
If you are dissatisfied with an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order, and we can exchange your item for store credit minus the cost of the return postage. It can take up to 3 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received and approved. Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original packaging and tags.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits.
- Sale items.
- All Space Boots and hand painted items.
- Custom orders.
- Orders placed with a payment plan.
